"From Day One in the White House (of the Trump Administration)...the MORALE is just incomparable. Everybody knows; the soldiers, the marines, they're allowed to do their job now... (for) the last eight years (under the Obama administraion)... pilots are NOT allowed to engage terrorists, ISIS on the ground, unless somebody from (Washington) DC or in a command center sees on the same video feed that the bad guys are down there. That's the 'eight thousand mile-screwdriver'"
